This event is one of the most popular festivals in the city, with 50,000 visitors expected this year! The Toronto Korean Festival is making its return to Toronto this weekend and you don't want to miss this exciting cultural extravaganza. Being the biggest Korean festival in Canada, you're in for a thrilling lineup of amazing food, performances, games, vendors, a huge multi-screen featuring media arts from Korean artists, and more. Plus, there will be a ton of different prizes to be won at the event, like Korean Airline Tickets for the “Visit Korea” promotion, Korean cosmetics, snacks, instant ramen, and more when you follow Toronto Korean Festival’s Instagram.
The festival will combine K-Pop, K-Dance, K-Food, and K-Beauty all into one. There will be special programs like singing & dancing competitions, Chimek (fried chicken + beer) Pavilion will be making its return, and the Korean breakdancing crew "Fusion MC" from Korea and K-Pop groups JUST B & Rolling Quartz will be bringing their talents to centre stage.
Experience a taste of Korea without having to leave the city and enjoy all of your Korean favourites all in one spot! With over 20 food and snack vendors, there will be a variety of traditional Korean and fusion food to choose from! Popular favourites like Korean hotdogs, Tteokbokki, Bingsu, and much more will all be available for purchase. Aside from the delicious selection, a tasteful experience will be taking place at the event. A highlight of this year's festival will be the 'Kimchi Experience' tent, where guests will be able to learn how to make a popular Korean side dish, kimchi! Spend the weekend in the city and celebrate the Korean community and culture. You don't want to miss this amazing 3-day event brought to you by the Korean Canadian Business Association (KCBA). Join in on the fun, as we celebrate the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Canada!
