8. Rabbitats are coming to Toronto - As Pet Rabbits Ownership Rises
In the shadows of a 1920's speakeasy, dark secrets unravel, ghosts linger, madness ensues, and passion twists into peril…You are invited to an immersive silent play that pulls you into a world of obsession, maDid you know: there is a high rabbit population in shelters year-round and they sit longer than any of other animals in Toronto shelters, some over a year long? To encourage rabbit adoptions, rabbitats are coming to Toronto, launching during PetSmart Charities of Canada’sNational Adoption Week on March 24-30, where hundreds of pets across the country are ready to find loving homes. With the rise in availability, PetSmart Charities of Canada has helped to add permanent “Rabbitats” to house adoptable rabbits in Toronto stores for the first time, in partnership with Toronto Animal Services.
