August 27th is National Cinema Day & to celebrate, several movie theatres across Ontario will be offering $4 movie tickets (plus applicable taxes) for any movie in any format. Yes, you heard that right. If you haven't had the chance to watch the new Barbie movie, Oppenheimer, Blue Beetle, and more, here is your perfect opportunity to catch these popular films on the big screen at an affordable price. If you're not in Ontario, don't worry because $4 movies will be taking place all across Canada on August 27th. Click here to see all the participating locations in your province. Cineplex, Imagine Cinemas, Scotiabank Theatres, and more will be participating in the $4 movie tickets across Ontario. Click here for the full list of participating cinemas taking place in Ontario. Each cinema may be offering different films, so make sure you head over to the participating locations and see what they are screening.

Cineplex will be offering $4 movie tickets for any movie, any showtime, and any experience. Important to note is that the $4 price is for tickets purchased in the theatre. If purchased online, tickets are either $4.00+tax (for CineClub members), $5.00+ tax for Scene+ members ($4.00 plus $1.00 online booking fee), or $5.50+tax for all other online purchases ($4.00 plus $1.50 online booking fee).
