A Japanese-Inspired Pop-up is Coming to Toronto

Experience Japan in the heart of downtown Toronto at the Next Stop: Japan pop-up event taking place at the Union Station's West Wing from November 1st to 4th. Organized by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), this 4-day pop-up offers an immersive cultural experience with authentic Japanese cuisine, traditional arts, performances, and products. The event features 19 diverse exhibitors showcasing Japanese home goods, tourism, food, music, fashion, and more, making it a must-visit experience! Divided into different zones each highlighting various aspects of Japan, you'll get to dive deeper into the culture and traditions. Zone 1 offers a deep dive into Japanese culture, Zone 2 showcases local artisan and Japanese products, Zone 3 is dedicated to tea, and Zone 4 is all about Japanese cuisine.

To get you excited for the Next Stop: Japan pop-up event taking place in November, a pop-up experience will be taking place starting October 19th! Next Stop: Japan - Scallop Delight will run from October 19th to 20th at Union Station and will be offering free samples of Japanese Scallops. Grab an assortment of these super fresh and tasty scallop bites that will whisk your taste buds to Japan for free. Visit the Union Station Kiosk on the Retail Level, Bay St. Promenade, and enjoy scallop samples in sushi rolls, pilaf, and ratatouille.
