1). Nuit Blanche
The 17th annual Nuit Blanche will be taking place on September 23 and will transform the neighbourhoods and streets with amazing art installations. This contemporary art event will feature exhibitions in Etobicoke, downtown Toronto and Scarborough with more than 80 art projects from close to 250 local, national, and international artists. This year's theme will be called "Breaking Ground" and entry to the event will be free.

2). Fall Colours
Autumn means that trees are starting to change colours. Leaves typically change colours from mid-September to early October depending on the weather. High Park, Glen Stewart Ravine, Scarborough Bluffs, and Rouge National Urban Park are a few amazing spots to catch the fall colours. Click here for the best spots.
3). Full Moon Festival
Head over to the Full Moon Festival this October to celebrate East Asian Heritage with free drop-in activities, prizes, food demonstrations and more. Plus, early registrants will receive a free mooncake from North York’s Daigyo Cafe. Conditions do apply and there is a limit of one per person.

4). Halloween Nights of Lights & Pumpkinville
Halloween Nights of Lights & Pumpkinville is an immersive Halloween walk-through experience that you need to check out this fall. This month-long event will feature more than 1.5 million LED and RGB lights animated and synchronized to your favourite Halloween tunes. 6). Halloween Haunt at Canada’s Wonderland
If you're a huge lover of Halloween, then head over to the Halloween Haunt! Canada's Wonderland will be transformed into a scream park filled with Halloween attractions. With eight mazes, terrifying scare zones, hundreds of monsters, thrilling night rides and amazing live entertainment, you're in for a scary time. Plus, there will be 4 new mazes this year, including “Dark Ride” where guests must face the horrors waiting for them in an abandoned carnival attraction. Get ready to scream!

7). The Queen West Art Crawl
The Queen West Art Crawl Festival is a two-day arts festival that stretches along Queen Street West from Bathurst to Roncesvalles in Trinity Bellwoods Park. With an expected attendance of over 65k, you're in for an awesome time. The festival includes a 2SLGBT+ friendly Kids' Zone and a Main Stage with Music and Drag that is 50%+ BIPOC.

8). Toronto Maple Leafs & Toronto Raptors Home Opener
Fall means that hockey and basketball season is back in the city. The Toronto Maple Leafs' home opener will be on October 11th against the old-time rivals, Montreal Canadians. The Toronto Raptors home opener will be on October 25th against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
9). Camp Spooky at Canada's Wonderland
Camp Spooky returns this fall at Canada's Wonderland. Camp Spooky features trick-or-treating, a kids' Halloween costume parade, live shows with The PEANUTS gang, meet n' greets with Halloween characters, rides, and much more! This is the perfect family-friendly daytime Halloween activity. Plus, this event is included with your park admission.

10). Pumpkin Patches

11). CIBC Run for the Cure
The annual CIBC Run for the Cure will be taking place on October 1st, 2023. The event is an annual 5k or 1k walk or run that helps to raise funds for the Canadian Cancer Society to support the breast cancer cause. Make a difference and be a part of this amazing cause.
