Summer is finally here and so is the hot weather. Beat the heat and cool down with some of these water activities in Toronto.

1. Toronto Kayaks
From their launch point, guests can paddle west along their shoreline towards the iconic Humber Bay Arch Bridge and head up the Humber River to explore the local nature and wildlife. They can also paddle east to get stunning views of the Toronto skyline. Their boats are transparent with LED lights and bluetooth speakers. They also have special events like full moon paddles and a Taylor Swift Party.

2. Wet’n’Wild
This water park has a variety of attractions, including water slides, a wave pool, a lazy river, a four lane zipline, and two kid’s splash areas.

3. Canada’s Wonderland Splash Works
Canada's Wonderland Splash Works features 17 different waterslides and water attractions that are sure to please thrill seekers big and small. There are also splash stations, pools, and a lazy river. It’s currently open every weekend and starting June 22nd, 2024, it will be open daily.

4. Splash ON
Located a few hours from Toronto, Splash ON is definitely worth the trip. Come check out this giant floating playground and spend the day tackling inflatable obstacles. The parks have activities for all-ages and are sure to be a blast!

5. Outdoor Pools
When it's a hot summer day, there's nothing better than taking a dip in the pool. There are a bunch of outdoor public swimming pools in Toronto to check out this summer. A lot of them also have amazing views of the CN Tower!

6. Toronto Water Bikes
This is such a fun and unique activity to try out this summer! Experience the exhilarating feeling of water biking on Lake Ontario, while enjoying breathtaking views of the Toronto skyline. Keep an eye on their Instagram to see when they’ll be open for the 2024 season.

7. Toronto Islands
Head over to the ferry terminal and spend the day at the Toronto Islands. There are four beaches to choose from and all of them are great for swimming, tanning, or relaxing. You can also rent boats, fish, or check out one of the two splash pads.

8. Tallship Cruises Toronto
Set sail on the Kajama, a traditional 165 foot three masted Schooner boat cruise. They offer day and evening sails, have a fully licensed bar, and a fresh food menu. You can also bring your dog along too!
