Located in the heart of Yorkville, KANDL is a family-owned business and has been one of the world’s top candle crafters for almost 50 years! In order to craft the ultimate candle, they travelled to Europe: they drew influence for their scents in France before venturing to Poland to source their signature hand-blown blue glass vessels. From there, they created their line of exquisite scents, including Basil & Lime, Crown Cucumber Melon, and their flagship scent and namesake address, 88 Avenue!

KANDL does a lot more than just sell Kandls though, as they offer the first fully customizable candle Lab experience in North America! Guests can choose, combine, and create custom fragrances, culminating in their own personalized scented Kandl! In addition to their incredible Kandl Lab, KANDL also has an on-site café! They’ve got a selection of freshly brewed tea and coffee beverages, and an assortment of flaky baked goods to indulge in as you enjoy the aroma of the store! 

All Halloween weekend long, KANDL will be hosting special Kandl crafting classes where all participants will be offered a free glass of bubbly and a special sweet treat! Attendees are encouraged to wear their costumes, and the best dressed will win a free 13-ounce scented Kandl of their choice, so make sure your outfit is on point! These Halloween Labs will run on October 28th, 29th, and 30th at 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m., so book your class today before space runs out!
